About your profile

  • ► What is the purpose of my profile?

    Your profile holds all your information:

    • Your surname and first name
    • Personal information (sex, marital status, etc)
    • Your email address
    • Information on your career and your education (including your CV and covering letter)
    • Information about your journey on our website
    • Details of transactions you carry out through our site and the execution of orders you place
    • Information that you provide by filling in forms on (among other things, information provided when you registered on our website, when you subscribe to our services, when you submit any material which is published on our site or when you ask us to provide new services to you. We may also ask you for certain information if you report a problem on our site).

    To access your profile, you just need to use your login and the password provided when you registered on the website.

  • ► Why should I put my CV online?

    With your consent, our coaches can use the information on your CV to give you advice and make you aware of job opportunities which are relevant to your skills and experience.

    If you upload your CV and/or covering letter, we recommend that you make sure that your data is kept up to date or relevant to the position for which you wish to apply. By creating a profile, you can log in at any time and update your CV and profile.

    We are currently in the process of setting up a matchmaking service which will allow businesses and flexible workers to connect with each other.

  • ► How do I delete my CV from my profile?

    Simply log in to your profile and click cancel in the "My general information" tab. The process is the same for your covering letter.

    Please be aware that we reserve the right to remove your CV from our database if we consider the details to be illegal or offensive.

  • ► Where do you keep all my personal information?

    We keep any information you provide on secure servers.

    Payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

    When we give you a password (or if you choose a password) to access certain parts of our website, you must keep it confidential. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone else.

    By submitting your personal data, you consent to the transfer, storage or processing of such information. We are committed to take all necessary measures, within reasonable limits, to ensure that data processing is carried out securely and in accordance with the principles of protection of your privacy.

    Unfortunately, the transmission of information on the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and all transmissions, whatever they are, are at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will activate strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
