During the interview
You have now completed your preparation. You have given thought to the questions you might be asked. You will be effective if you have prepared thoroughly. Don't worry that you might forget the answers you have prepared.
Be yourself. Go to the interview thinking about the people you will meet and the working relationships that will result. It's perfectly natural to feel nervous - it simply shows you are committed to doing well in the interview.
The first few minutes of the interview are important. The decision to hire or not depends largely on how the first half hour of the interview goes. Remember that an interview is first and foremost a discussion to enable the interviewer to find out if you are right for the job. You need to find a way to build rapport early on and connect with the interviewer, so it's important you listen carefully to what he/she says.
