Exercise 2 : Working well at home


Home-working has many advantages. It can free up time and money which would otherwise be spent on travelling to work. It can also increase your work effectiveness as you may work better away from a noisy office.  And having a 'commute-free' job can certainly have a positive impact on your stress levels.


At the end of this exercise, you should be able to:

  • Determine the best way to work from home
  • Have effective strategies in place to make the most of your work time at home


This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes.  Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
