Exercise 1 : Is it for you?


Home-working is an increasingly popular way of achieving a better work/life balance, but it doesn't work for everyone.

The purpose of this exercise is to allow you to consider if working from home would suit you.


At the end of this exercise, you should be able to:

  • Determine if working from home would suit your personality
  • Consider your options to work this way


This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes.  Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
