Exercise 3 : Organise your time
For some people, working from home can be a challenge. Often it's all too easy to find other things that need to be done. Distractions - from daytime TV to last night's washing-up - can make it hard to stay focussed and on track.
The purpose of this exercise is to show you how you can manage your time effectively and get your work done.
At the end of this exercise you will:
Be aware of the 'time stealers' that exist in your home
Know how to plan your time so you work effectively
Have lots of strategies in place to keep you on track
This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes. Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
