Exercise 4 : Build your support network
Working from home can feel isolating. Gone are the times when you could share your problems or discuss last night's TV with colleagues. Now it's just you and your PC in an eerily quiet home.
The purpose of this exercise is to help you build a support network to make sure you can be productive and happy working from home.
At the end of this exercise you will be able to:
Identify where you can find emotional and practical help to support you while working at home
Make a list of people you can call on for help, advice or simply a chat
This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes. Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
