Every time you want or need something from others to achieve your aims, you engage in negociating. When used well, negociation becomes a skilful balancing act between maintaining your relationships with others and satisfying your own needs.
By the end of this exercise, you will be able to:
diagnose and improve your personal negotiation style
work more productively within a team
