The purpose of this exercise is to help you devise a time management strategy so that your work and home life run smoothly.
At the end of this exercise, you should be able to:
Consider and define your relationship with time
Choose time management techniques that work for you
Work out what your priorities are and adapt your lifestyle to suit them
