Exercise 3 : Setting up your business
After carefully considering your options, you've decided you want to start your own business.
The best place to start is by writing a solid business plan.
The purpose of this exercise is to get you to consider all aspects of the creation and development of your business. By taking a thorough approach from the start, your plan will be clearer and more concrete and more likely to attract investors.

At the end of this exercise, you should be able to:
Write an executive summary
Clearly define your offer
Analyse your market and determine your USP (unique selling point)
Put together a strategy and define your operational objectives
Cover the legal, tax and financial aspects of your business
Write a marketing strategy
Define your staffing needs
