Exercise 2 : Visualise what you want


Everyone possesses many different inner resources and talents, some of which have yet to be expressed.

The purpose of this exercise is to find out in what context you tend to give the best of yourself.  From your answers, you can start thinking about your options.


At the end of this exercise you should be able to:

  • Know when are at your best
  • Define which talents and skills you are using when you are at your best
  • Begin to decide in what future context you can use these talents and skills


This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes.  Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
