Exercise 4 : Managing stress
The purpose of this exercise is to make you aware of your emotional reactions to stress.
This is a strong indicator of your ability to maintain good working and personal relationships.
At the end of this test, you should be able to:
Evaluate your responses to stress in general
Determine if you have a tendency to be over-emotional
Develop ideas on how to keep your emotions in check
Develop ideas for a better life balance
This exercise is structured in a way that allows you to reflect and make notes. Put as much detail as you want in the spaces provided.
